Work

A few of the systems we build and run.

  1. A nine-company holding group, one engineering team

Two founders, nine operating companies, no internal IT. We run everything technical across the group and take each new company from domain purchase to operating.

  2. Image compliance at scale, on the client's own hardware

Millions of images checked against a platform's content policy before publication, with three layers of computer vision running deterministically on hardware the client owns.

  3. A content ingestion kiosk that cannot lose a byte

Field content moved from capture to editors with two layers of local redundancy and byte-for-byte verification, so nothing reaches editing until it is proven identical to the source.

  4. We flagged the processor problem before it happened. Then it happened.

A wellness brand came to us for marketing automation. We told her that her payment setup would not survive her industry. When it was frozen, we had her taking orders again the same day.

  5. Separating a store from a medical practice

A practice selling products alongside its clinical work needed the store to become its own business, fast, and to keep selling while that happened. We worked alongside their lawyers and rebuilt it as a separate company on its own infrastructure.

  6. Taking back the accounts

A departing partner tried to take a company's CRM and merchant account with him. We stopped it, worked with the processor to restore ownership, and preserved the evidence.

  7. Restoring a wiped production database overnight

A business ran on a system that lost its production database. We recovered it overnight with the platform's own developer snapshots, then made sure the next time would be a non-event.

  8. Self-hosted AI inference for a client organization

A private inference server on Apple silicon, exposed securely through Cloudflare, so the client's models and data never leave hardware they own.

  9. Physical IT for a members-only club

Ongoing support, proactive monitoring, and a white-labeled access integration for every connected system inside a private members' club.

  10. 41 findings before they became a breach

A security assessment of a research supplier's codebase surfaced exposed database credentials and dozens of other issues, delivered as a report their developers could act on in order.

  11. Rebuilding a booking widget a telehealth practice depended on

A third-party telemedicine widget broke and took bookings with it. We rebuilt the integration from scratch, with a proper closed-hours state.
