The situation.
A telehealth practice depended on a third-party booking widget to turn website visits into appointments. When the widget stopped working, patients could no longer complete that path into the practice.
The constraint.
The replacement needed to preserve the existing booking flow, fit the practice's website, and handle requests outside operating hours without leaving patients at a broken or ambiguous endpoint.
What we built.
We rebuilt the telemedicine booking integration from scratch and added a dedicated closed-hours state. When live booking is unavailable, the widget now presents a clear modal instead of allowing the flow to fail.
What changed.
Patients can book through the website again, and after-hours visitors receive a deliberate response rather than a broken booking experience.
- telemedicine widget rebuilt
- custom closed-hours modal
